Initial Consultation
- Submission of documents, evaluation of the documents submitted and then the charges will be informed accordingly.
- Charges of Reply (Representation and Objection) of 13(2) served to the borrower by the Bank or Financial Institutions will be decided and later informed at that stage of the case.
- Charges applicable of reply to Bank or Financial Institution after receiving their reply to Representation and Objection.
- Charges of Consultation applicable in case of DRT consultation after issuing Notice 13(4) by the lender will be decided at that stage of the case.
