5. Is there any assurance or Guarantee that my property will be rented out or leased out?
Renting out a property depends on lot of factors like locality, rental amount, demand etc, we try our level best to put your house on rent/lease, our conversion rate is 90% and maximum our client’s property gets rented out.
6. Background check prospective tenant done?
We provide all necessary information to an Apartment /Villa Owner and seek approval before signing a rental agreement with a prospective tenant.
We collect tenant’s photos, company ID and any other Government issued photo ID card, driving license, PAN card, and Aadhar or Election ID card and scan the particular and send to the owner.
